- August 23 -27 - (Ages 7-13)
Nike Soccer Camp will be holding an exciting summer day camp program in Mill Bay, BC at Brentwood College. Instruction is available to boys and girls age 7-13 of all skill levels. Our goal is to ensure that we create an environment that allows players to explore and take risks while feeling safe to make mistakes as we feel this is crucial to their development as young soccer players. Be prepared to have fun in the sun by the ocean on our very new turf field while working hard and learning new game concepts to help players as they go back into their club team environments in the fall.
Full day campers will get a combination of soccer in the morning and activities in the afternoon that consist of fun by the ocean, other sport activities such as spike ball, soccer tennis, and fun competitions for cool prizes!
Half day campers will experience a full morning of soccer that consist of lots of smaller sided games, larger games, individual techniques, and everyone's favorite Crossing, shooting and finishing on the nets!
All our staff have many years of experience working with young players and coach at the highest community level on the island.
Our Instructors and organization that runs this camp are a soccer organization called “EPIC Sport”. The head coaches at the camps have their National B Certification and degrees in sport and recreation. There will also be younger assistant coaches involved which are usually grade 11 and grade 12 high-level soccer players. Bio’s on EPIC’s head coaches can be found on the website as well.
